WeNotch is built as a lightweight, free Windows desktop utility. You are welcome to use it on your personal and commercial Windows computers without subscription fees, paywalls, or forced account registrations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the WeNotch website or downloading, installing, and running the WeNotch Windows desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the software or website.
2. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to download, install, and execute WeNotch on compatible Windows operating systems for personal, educational, and commercial purposes.
There are no hidden subscriptions or periodic charges required to operate the core application.
3. Acceptable Use Restrictions
When using WeNotch, you agree not to:
- Re-distribute modified versions of the software containing malicious code, keyloggers, trojans, or unauthorized tracking telemetry.
- Attempt to impersonate WeNotch or its maintainers to mislead users.
- Use the application or waitlist service in violation of any applicable local, national, or international regulations.
4. Software Provided "As Is"
WeNotch is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every individual Windows configuration or third-party overlay software.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Satyabrat or any contributors to WeNotch be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, system interruption, or monitor configuration issues) arising in any way out of the use of this software.
6. Intellectual Property
The WeNotch brand name, original logo, website layout, and accompanying promotional materials are owned by Satyabrat. Any external trademarks (such as Windows, Microsoft, or Apple) referenced on this site belong to their respective copyright holders and are cited strictly for compatibility and design context.
